It welcomes original contributions that address theoretical, empirical, and applied aspects of these domains.

Author Guidelines

Types of Submissions: Original Research Articles, Review Papers, Case Studies, Short Communications, and Book Reviews.

Submission Format:​ Manuscripts must be in English.
​
File format: Microsoft Word
​
Structure: Title, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords (3–6), Introduction, Methodology, Results/Discussion, Conclusion, References (APA/IEEE style).

Word limit: 4,000–8,000 words (excluding references).
​
Figures/Tables: Must be clear, numbered, and with captions.
​
AI Content Policy: SV Journal does not accept manuscripts generated fully or primarily by AI tools. All submissions must be the original work of the author(s).

Plagiarism: Submissions must be original and checked with plagiarism detection software (similarity < 10%).
​
References: Recent and relevant references are encouraged (preferably from last 5–7 years).
​
Declaration: Authors must include a statement of originality, conflict of interest, and funding acknowledgment (if any).
Compliance with UGC Guidelines
SV Journal adheres to the “Suggestive Parameters for Peer-Reviewed Journals” prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India.
The journal maintains a transparent peer-review process, ethical publication practices, editorial quality, digital archiving standards, and long-term accessibility as recommended by UGC.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous review process to ensure academic integrity, originality, and high-quality scholarly contributions.

Peer Review Process
Initial Screening: Editorial board checks scope, formatting, and plagiarism.

Double-Blind Peer Review: Each manuscript is sent to two or more reviewers with subject expertise. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Review Criteria: Originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to knowledge.

Decision Categories: Accept without revision / Minor revision / Major revision / Reject

Turnaround Time: Review decisions are typically provided within 4–6 weeks.
​
Revision Process: Authors must address reviewers’ comments and resubmit within the specified timeframe.
Open Access and Copyright

The journal follows a Gold Open Access model, ensuring all published articles are freely accessible online without subscription barriers. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing sharing and adaptation with proper attribution.
No article processing charge (APC) will be levied initially (optional: later, APCs may apply for sustainability). Authors are encouraged to archive their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and databases.
